We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented procurement specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the acquisition of goods and services for our organization. This includes identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all procurement activities align with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure that goods and services are acquired in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Identify potential suppliers through market research and analysis
• Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Creating a "buying product sufficient sheet" typically refers to the process of creating a document or spreadsheet that lists all of the products that a company needs to purchase in order to keep its inventory or production processes running smoothly. This sheet should be comprehensive and detail all of the products that are needed, the quantities required, and the target purchase dates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools
• Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations

Basic: 1500 - 2000+ Rewards

Rewards: If an employee gets a contract, he will get rewards ( starting from $500 to $5000)
